The credibility and reputation of the Bluepharma Group are the result of the excellent work of each of its employees. All share the responsibility of not only complying with the laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the sector but also of guiding their actions by the said standards of corporate conduct.
In compliance with the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC), established by Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021, on December 9, Bluepharma has adopted its own Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Corruption and Anti-Bribery Practices. This code aims to prevent, detect, and sanction any acts of corruption or related offenses, whether these acts are committed against Bluepharma or carried out through it.
This Code sets forth the principles and rules of conduct for all Bluepharma managers and employees in matters of professional ethics, reinforcing the Company’s stance on rejecting any form of corruption and related offenses.
Bluepharma is equally committed to ensuring that its partners and third parties with whom it interacts share the same principles and values and recognize that fair, reliable, and sustainable business relationships depend on a corruption-free business system, to which everyone should contribute. Achieving business goals and aligning with these values are equally important factors.
Thus, the principles and values guiding Bluepharma’s activities are established, promoting high standards of integrity and transparency, particularly in business transactions. This fosters growing trust among all parties, implemented through associated policies and procedures that can be consulted here.
