The credibility and reputation of the Bluepharma Group are the result of the excellent work of each of its employees.

The credibility and reputation of the Bluepharma Group are the result of the excellent work carried out by each of its employees. All employees share the responsibility not only to comply with the laws, rules and regulations applicable to the sector, but also to conduct themselves in accordance with the aforementioned standards of business conduct.

In compliance with the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC), established by Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021 of 9 December, Bluepharma has adopted its own Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Corruption and Anti-Bribery, with the purpose of preventing, detecting and sanctioning any acts of corruption or related offences, whether such acts are committed against Bluepharma or carried out through it.

This Code sets out the principles and rules of conduct applicable to all Bluepharma managers and employees in matters of professional ethics, reinforcing the Company’s approach with regard to the rejection of any form of corruption and related offences.

Bluepharma is also committed to ensuring that its partners and third parties with whom it engages share the same principles and values, and recognise that fair, reliable and sustainable business relationships depend on a business system free from corruption, to which everyone must contribute. Achieving business objectives and being aligned with these values are equally important factors.

Accordingly, this Code establishes the principles and values by which Bluepharma conducts its activities, promoting high standards of integrity and transparency, particularly in commercial transactions, and fostering increasingly trust-based relationships among all stakeholders. Annual Report on the Implementation of the Corruption Risk Prevention Plan

Bluepharma Indústria Farmacêutica, S.A. has approved the Annual Report on the Implementation of the Corruption Risk Prevention and Related Offences Plan for the year 2025.

This report has been prepared in compliance with the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC), established by Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021. Under this legal framework, entities within its scope are required to carry out periodic assessments of their Corruption Risk Prevention Plans, with the purpose of monitoring the effectiveness of the preventive measures implemented and evaluating the extent to which identified risks have been mitigated.

The completion of this annual assessment is not only a legal requirement but also an opportunity to reinforce and continuously improve Bluepharma’s internal practices. It allows for the identification of potential weaknesses, the strengthening of existing control mechanisms, and the consolidation of an organisational culture grounded in ethics, transparency, and integrity — values that Bluepharma recognises as fundamental to its activity.

All employees play an active role in promoting an organisation guided by integrity and transparency. Compliance with the principles and rules established in the Plan is a shared responsibility, regardless of role or function.
